I am someone other than a policyholder

If you have the policyholder’s policy number, you can file a claim by phone, 24/7, by calling 800-234-4433.

Whether you submit a claim to your agent or online, we are dedicated to providing fast, fair claims service.

While reporting a claim online is fast and convenient, we recommend you consult with your independent agent first, for the following reasons:

  • Immediate action may be necessary to minimize your loss. Your agent has the authority and expertise to offer advice.
  • You may qualify for loss-free discounts which are only available prior to reporting a claim. In some cases, reporting a claim is a less cost-effective way to resolve your loss.
  • Your agent can save you time in determining what coverage may be available.
